How to import a spreadsheet into Limo Anywhere without losing trip details
A practical workflow for turning XLSX, XLS, or CSV trip rows into review-ready Limo Anywhere reservations while preserving account, routing, and passenger context.
The short answer
Use a spreadsheet with one trip per row and clear column headings, import it into Filly, reconcile the recognized trip count, and review every reservation before entry. Filly processes supported spreadsheet trips sequentially; it does not make ambiguous rows safe by guessing.
Make each row understandable on its own
A spreadsheet is easiest to review when every row contains the information needed for one trip: passenger, service date, pickup time, pickup, destination, vehicle, and any billing or affiliate reference. Do not rely on merged cells, color alone, or a note several rows away to define an essential field.
Use explicit column headings and keep dates and times consistent. If one sheet mixes airport arrivals, hourly service, and affiliate work, include the fields that distinguish those workflows rather than expecting a generic address column to carry every meaning.
Reconcile the batch before filling
After import, compare the number of recognized reservations with the number of intended trips—not merely the number of files or spreadsheet rows. Blank rows, headers inside the data, duplicate trips, and an outbound-plus-return itinerary can all change the expected count.
Review passenger identity, account, date, local time, route category, and vehicle for each preview card. If a column heading or shared instruction was interpreted incorrectly, correct the source or separate the affected rows before starting the queue.
Track completion one reservation at a time
A batch should remain visible as individual reservation results. If one row needs an address choice or another operator decision, resolve that item without assuming the rest of the spreadsheet has also been completed or saved.
Before retrying an interrupted batch, compare the source rows with the reservations already entered in Limo Anywhere. Filled, saved, unresolved, and confirmation-delivered are separate statuses, and a safe retry accounts for each one.
