04

01 · INSTALL

Get Filly ready for your reservation desk.

Pilot users receive access directly from the Filly team. Once Filly is publicly available, installation will use the standard Chrome Web Store flow.

01

Request pilot access

Tell us which operators will use Filly and which inbox workflows your team relies on.

02

Add Filly to Chrome

Use the private pilot invitation now, or Add to Chrome when the Web Store listing is available.

03

Sign in with an invited email

Open Filly and sign in with the email approved for your team. Use Forgot password if needed.

04

Pin the side panel

Open Chrome's Extensions menu and pin Filly so its launcher is easy to reach.

05

Open your working tabs

Sign in to the supported inbox and Limo Anywhere in the same Chrome profile.

06

Run a reviewed first fill

Start with a representative booking, check Preview, and keep manual Save control for the first run.

Your pilot invitation includes the current approved installation path. If the extension does not appear after installation, contact Filly support before changing Chrome settings.

02 · FIRST FILL

The same four steps power every use case.

The source may change, but the operator workflow stays familiar.

1

Choose the request

Open one booking or add the file, screenshot, spreadsheet, or text you want Filly to process.

2

Review Preview

Check the passenger, account, routing, flight, service, vehicle, notes, and number of trips.

3

Run Filly

Watch the live checkpoints while Filly enters supported fields into Limo Anywhere.

4

Review and complete

Save manually, or use optional safeguarded Auto-Save for the workflows your team approves.

PREVIEW

Nothing enters the form yet.

PROGRESS

Follow each live checkpoint.

SUCCESS

Review the completed reservation.

03 · WAYS TO IMPORT

Use the source that already has the booking.

Filly only processes the message or document you choose.

FASTEST

Open inbox message

Use Import while the booking is open in Gmail, Outlook Web, Front, or Helpwise.

FILES

Attach a document

Add a supported PDF, spreadsheet, image, or other booking attachment.

QUICK

Paste

Paste booking text or a copied screenshot directly into the drop zone.

BATCH

Import a batch

Use selected Gmail rows, a multi-trip PDF, or an XLSX, XLS, or CSV file.

04 · USE-CASE PLAYBOOK

Choose the situation that matches the booking.

Each card shows when to use the workflow, what to do, and the detail that deserves a final check.

01

Booking from an inbox

A reservation request is open in Gmail, Outlook Web, Front, or Helpwise.

Do this

  1. 1Open the individual message or conversation.
  2. 2Open Filly and select Import.
  3. 3Review the extracted reservation, then select Run Filly.

Final check: Confirm the requested trip, account, date, and routing before entry begins.

02

PDF, image, or screenshot

The important trip details are inside an attachment or image.

Do this

  1. 1Select Attach and choose the file, or paste a copied screenshot.
  2. 2Open the attachment preview if you need to confirm the correct file.
  3. 3Review each recognized trip before running Filly.

Final check: Use clear, readable files. Confirm that the preview found every page or trip you expect.

03
BATCH

Spreadsheet or multi-trip batch

A client or affiliate sends several reservations together.

Do this

  1. 1Attach the XLSX, XLS, CSV, or multi-trip PDF.
  2. 2Check the number of reservations in the batch preview.
  3. 3Review the trips and start the sequential fill.

Final check: Follow the status of each item. If one needs review, resolve that trip before continuing.

04
GMAIL BATCH

Selected Gmail messages

Several visible Gmail rows each contain a booking request or attachment.

Do this

  1. 1Select the Gmail rows you want to process.
  2. 2Open Filly and import the selected messages.
  3. 3Confirm the recognized count and review the batch.

Final check: Current guidance is up to 12 selected messages and 18 MB total. Wait for Gmail's attachment tray to finish loading.

05

Existing account

The passenger or booking contact belongs to an account already in Limo Anywhere.

Do this

  1. 1Verify the billing and passenger details in Preview.
  2. 2Review Filly's account suggestion during the fill.
  3. 3If more than one account is plausible, choose the correct one and resume.

Final check: Do not approve an uncertain account only because the name looks similar. Confirm the contact or company details.

06

New account needed

No appropriate existing account is available and a new account is required.

Do this

  1. 1Review passenger, booking, and routing information first.
  2. 2Let Filly finish the supported trip details.
  3. 3Complete account creation near the end of the workflow.

Final check: Make sure the request truly calls for a new account before creating one.

07

Home, Office, or Work

The request says 'from home,' 'to the office,' 'ride back home,' or similar wording.

Do this

  1. 1Confirm the existing customer account first.
  2. 2Filly checks the Stored Addresses dropdown for a matching label.
  3. 3If no single label is clear, choose the correct stored address and resume.

Final check: The result should be a stored address selection, not the word 'Home' or 'Office' typed into a street field.

08

Airport, FBO, POI, or address

The route includes an airport code, flight, private terminal, venue, or street address.

Do this

  1. 1Review how each location is classified in Preview.
  2. 2Filly uses the supported Airport, FBO, POI, or Address workflow.
  3. 3Verify flight, terminal, tail number, or address details before saving.

Final check: An airport should appear in the airport workflow, not as a street address.

09

Round trip or multiple legs

The source explicitly provides a return, ride back, second leg, or multiple vehicles.

Do this

  1. 1Confirm every recognized leg in the preview.
  2. 2Check the date, time, direction, and passenger for each reservation.
  3. 3Fill and review the linked reservations in order.

Final check: Filly should not create a return leg unless the source provides return intent and usable details.

10

Farm-in or farm-out

Another operator sends an affiliate confirmation or your team is assigning the work outward.

Do this

  1. 1Review the sender, document title, and direction.
  2. 2Confirm the affiliate and reference details in Preview.
  3. 3Verify the farm-in or farm-out direction before completion.

Final check: A Farm-Out Confirmation received from another operator is generally your farm-in.

11
ACTION NEEDED

Pause, fix, and resume

Filly needs an account, address, route, or other operator decision.

Do this

  1. 1Read the Action Needed message.
  2. 2Correct the requested field directly in Limo Anywhere or the Filly review state.
  3. 3Select Resume so Filly continues the same reservation.

Final check: Use Resume for the current fill. Start New Reservation is only for intentionally beginning another trip.

12

Send a confirmation

The source explicitly requests a confirmation or the operator chooses to send one.

Do this

  1. 1Review the confirmation-delivery card before the fill completes.
  2. 2Choose one verified recipient and confirm the Standard Confirmation PDF.
  3. 3Review Hide Rates, then complete the supported Email/Fax workflow.

Final check: An email address alone is not permission to send. A 'do not send' instruction always wins.

05 · AFTER THE FILL

Filly keeps the useful tools close.

Use these screens to review work, improve recurring matches, and tell the team what happened.

History

Review recent fills, search and filter results, check time saved, inspect details, and export supported history to CSV.

Learned Rules

Review, edit, or remove approved account and routing shortcuts. Current booking details take priority over memory.

Settings

Manage account details, routing preferences, help tips, authorized testing, and other available preferences.

Feedback

Rate the fill, choose what stood out, and add a short note. Do not include passenger or customer information.

Tips & Discover

Use the top tips, feature tours, What's New, and shortcuts to learn the workflow without interrupting a fill.

Theme and launcher

Use light or dark mode, open Filly from the browser toolbar, or use the page launcher where available.

06 · HELP & SAFETY

When in doubt, stop and review.

Filly is designed to assist the operator, not remove the operator's responsibility for the reservation.

Always verify before completion

  • Passenger and customer account
  • Pickup date, time, and timezone
  • Airport, flight, FBO, and tail number
  • Pickup, drop-off, stops, and return legs
  • Service type, vehicle, affiliate direction, and references
  • Confirmation recipient and Hide Rates choice

Use data carefully

  • Process only the booking request needed for the reservation.
  • Do not place passenger information in product feedback.
  • Do not use real customer files for public demos or marketing screenshots.
  • Do not use Filly to transmit payment-card numbers or security codes.
  • Report a suspected privacy or security issue to support immediately.
